LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Malcolm Hassan Zoraik graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Victoria in British Columbia in 2000. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2001.
For almost 10 years he has practised personal injury, civil litigation, immigration, family law, criminal law, and employment law in British Columbia. In 2012 Malcolm relocated to Ontario to complete his Master’s in Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. He obtained his Master’s in Law Degree in 2014 and has been called to the Bar in Ontario in 2019.
Malcolm’s main interest is in personal injury and general civil litigation. He has represented clients at all levels of courts in British Columbia and Ontario. He also represented injured clients in Licence Appeal Tribunals of Ontario, Human Rights Tribunal and Social Justice Tribunals. Malcolm has extensive experience and practical knowledge in insurance litigation where he has advocated for injured people for many years. He is caring, compassionate, and a powerful voice for people’s rights under the law.
Malcolm also has vast experience in settlement negotiations, and he will spare no effort to obtain the best possible compensation for his injured clients. In addition to personal injury practice, Malcolm also has extensive experience in family law, immigration law, and criminal law. Malcolm is honest and straightforward with those he represents, and he makes every effort to ensure that his clients understand their legal rights and responsibilities. He is fluent in English, Somali, and Arabic.
